Fetch all existing media sources of a given type such that if the DB is locked and hence the result cannot be received simply return the same as last time. This is now OBSOLETE since long DB locks no longer occur on the media source database.

This service is to be used when implementing a periodic fetch in order to update a list. Other than the "politeness" the service is the same as MediasourceFetchList
